Korean color analysis is absolutely suitable for dark skin, it is even more universal than Western analysis, because it looks at more than just appearance. The Asian analysis was developed to perform analyses on a population where most people have dark hair, dark eyes, and a specific skin color. Therefore, it was necessary to look beyond those elements.
No, fortunately not. Your color depth is not a factor in determining your result.
It is best to come to your appointment without makeup. You will see the difference best yourself without makeup. To perform the skin scan, the makeup on your cheeks must be removed (makeup wipes are available). However, if you feel most comfortable with makeup on, a little eye makeup is no problem.
Based on 4 elements: Your preference, personality, undertone, and image (charisma).
I find this method too limited. I have personally experienced, based on my own appearance, that I was always misjudged. I am always an Autumn or Winter deep. That is due to my dark hair, dark eyes, and fair skin. Additionally, determining undertone based on what the eyes see is somewhat of a guessing game. In the Korean method I use a colorimeter.
- Yes, I work in an enclosed room where no one will enter except myself. It is useful to know, however, that if you wear a hijab, you can choose to remove it during the consultation, or wear a solid black or white color. Other colors are distracting.
